Getting the Acid Lab on the Yacht challenge.

So here's a little thing i bet you can't do, at least in a legit way. It's getting the Acid Lab on your yatch. Or can you?

- Acid Lab doesn't hook up on Cargobob.

- Acid Lab doesn't fit in a Titan or Bombushka.

- Acid Lab can be lifted by Volatol, but slips away.

- Acid Lab can be lifted by Alkonost, but slips away.

- Acid Lab can be lifted by one Avenger.

- Acid Lab can be carried by Kosatka.

- Acid Lab can be pushed by a Tula with JATO

Any suggestions, how do one get the Acid Lab on the Yacht?

If R* has made the decision to have the acid lab on a yacht, they have made it possible...

Likewise you can't fit the acid lab in a nightclub...

Srsly, if you're gonna do it it will probably be with the kosatka, but vehicles don't like sailing on it. I spent a while trying to get chernobog in the hot tub that way.

I'd love to get some input from a pilot crew. Is it possible to maintain "close formation" to correct the Acid Lab during takeoff?

Ia actually tried that. Maybe the takeoff angle was too steep?

Funny how YT recognized the first clip as Subnautica and the second as Microsoft Flight Simulator 2.

Doing it solo would be tricky, but with one or more other friends it would probably be possible. 

 

I've seen players lift and move a Kosatka from the ocean to various places around the map using several Avengers, for example. 

 

It'd be interesting to see what (if any!) affect shunt-boosting the Acid Lab would be like using an Arena Wars vehicle, or trying to launch it with a Chernobog 'turret' or something.

Maybe possible by backing the lab into just the right spot on the playground swing set.
Definitetly get airborne, but aiming and landings will be mostly luck.

Here is one way, but without of 'ending' 

Not IN Bombushka, but ON Bombushka - all solo, no other player with me 

 

There is a bit of tech. issue as in problematic 3D models - but that maybe also helped a little, when you parked your truck this way it does not slide or move when flying very much (which is super useful when you are alone). Basically you just have to do 'balancing act', I did make my flight from Fort Zancudo all the way to Del Perro Pier in my first test attempt... so shorter distance and to figure out best 'landing' aka big truck drop 

Anyway, here is one idea and "working prototype" to more testing, done by others & much better players then me 

 

You can not have truck sideways, it is really heavy and dont want to stay in place - it is sliding and pulling plane down, and you cant compensate (but maybe if someone is in truck maybe he/she can brake or balance).

If you drive straight over the nose and park it (or stuck it) something like this, it is kinda stable.

 

1. parked & ready  - and prob. hovering high on acid 

(it was not better driving more to tail, truck was just climb more )

 

 

2. ready for take off!

...and truck is still there 

 

 

3. ... we are airborn!  

(balancing is not hard or difficult, plane is slow and truck is heavy)

 

 

4. city lights, we almost there  

(during the flight truck did slide to the right, even with my slight corrections... but it was still OK, and just for info - I'm on PC but I'm flying using controller)

 

 

5. OH NO, tragedy... just with my Yacht in sight  

(maybe I did helped a bit to a 'dropping truck', as I wasn't sure what to do and how/where to land so I was moving around too much)

Lol one time I saw a bunch of jets hanging around Chiliad, so I went to see what they're doing. Turns out they were pushing a Kosatka up the mountain, and I joined in. One of the more unusual things I've seen in this game

This is what this game is all about tbh. I love it when players make their own fun ha ha

 

Yesterday I joined in with the entire lobby dancing on top of a player's blimp as he flew us around.

I dont own Titan transport plane, but I wanted to try it out using one that game spawn in hangar... putting Acid Lab truck on top was easy, but it is SOOO HEAVY - plane literary dropped down to landing gear 'covers' 

Unfortunately when I got in pilot seat and tried to move, truck de-spawned to  

It is interesting how good truck stands on Titan, nothing like Bombushka levitating 'bug' 

 

 

 

Now I'm intrigued is there chance to try flying it on top of Avenger so I'll use my alt. account, I have acid lab there also...

So the Acid Lab doesn't actually stay on the Yacht, for some reason it relocates, I'm assuming because it's not meant to be on the yacht. 

 

I'm the pilot and my friends in my Brickade, he doesn't have a YouTube and couldn't save it any other way, so I just screen recorded his perspective.
