I need help i cant buy the up n atomizer why?

So i want to buy the up n atomizer but when i go into an ammunation it says no items available visit playstore to find new downloadable content is it because of my ps+ membership or something please help

It was removed from ammunation in the last update, along with the unholy hellbringer and widow maker. It was not taken away from players who already purchased them. 
 

Some people think they’ll still be available occasionally maybe, not sure.
