How do I downgrade the Rockstar Launcher version of San Andreas?

See title. Every time I've tried, it's failed because when I hit the "gta_sa.exe" file the downgraders tell me to it just sent me into the launcher and then started the game. I would really like an answer because the whole reason I got the game on PC was so I could downgrade it and bring the old soundtrack back.

Follow this video guide, I timestamped it straight to the steps specifically for the RGL version of San Andreas to avoid the launcher from booting up when starting the game.
