[Vice City] Where can I find the code to change the behaviour of Pay N Spray?

I'm looking to find a way to adjust the mechanics of the Pay N Spray, specifically, i'm trying to nullify/change the code that makes the cops "not recognize you".

I don't think it's located inside main.scm, anyone know where is it?

In San Andreas, if the Camera Follows Player flag of a PnS garage is set (so the remote camera view is disabled), then the cops will recognize the player and attack if appropriate. I'm not sure if it works the same way for VC, and have not tested this non-SA opcode, but it's worth a shot. Cop behavior is a bit erratic if the setting is toggled during active play. 

 

03DA: set_garage $689 camera_follows_player
//03DA: no_special_camera_for_this_garage [Garage] // SCR

Change $689 to the handle of the garage to modify. See, GARAGE, and 03DA.
