Is there a mod that fixes the Armed Peds cheat?

When the armed peds cheat is active, peds only use assaut rifles, pistols, mele weapons and rocket launchers. There's still a lot more weapons to choose from. It gets repetitive quick. So I'm looking for a mod that makes them use all (or at least more than the deafult) of the avalabile weapons in the game. If possible, one with an ini file that enables or disables the weapons that they can use. Maybe I'm asking for a bit too much with that one but yeah. I've tried googleing it but all I could find is one for vice city, not a single one for san andreas.
