Steam Audio Files Crashing my game 0x004F1464

it's error code is 0x004F1464, everytime i hop on a vehicle it just crashes. i was wondering if anyone has a link to a safe website that has the original san andreas audio files, i found one off of LibertyCity.net but the file was removed from the server already.
