gta vice city north point mall inaccessible glitch (help urgently needed)

yes, i can't progress through the story because of this interior problem. i can't access North Point Mall in GTA vice city, i am using just Gesha's remastered vice city, which includes many mods. just Gehsa isn't replying to me on YouTube. i've deleted the interiors mod, but the problem persists. someone had the same problem, they claimed that it was resolved by removing WidescreenFix, i did the same and the problem still persists. help me. i've also posted a video on YouTube:
