i begginer shows icons on the map but does not show markers on all icons on the map of 111 locations only shows about 20 markers help ?

how to fix that and how to destroy the marker when I cross it, also how to add for activation so that when I turn it on and off, the markers and icons are reset

The blip pool is limited to 175 elements. Many are used during a standard game, and there needs to be room for large sets of temporary blips for missions. Your overall plan needs to be adapted.

 

The basic strategy for controlling a large set of blips or other game entities is to store their handles in an array. In your example, [email protected] stores the handle, but is immediately overwritten by the next command. A proper script would need to store each handle as unique, but there aren't many variables available in a standard cleo script. Custom cleo missions have a lot more local variables to work with.

As an alternative - CLEO 0E2A 

0E2A: add_cleo_blip rw_texture_or_radar_sprite [any] x [float] y [float] short [bool] red [int] green [int] blue [int] alpha [int] store_to handle [var CleoBlip]

Check my question about radar blips. 
SB library says: Creates a blip that don't saves, supports any texture, alpha and don't hits the blip limit

I used it in my mod - seem to work fine.

Isn't the blip limit the same for opcode 0E2A and standard blip commands? I suspect that Junior found a way to mark normal blips in a way that they aren't saved, so duplicates don't pile up every time a save is reloaded and saved - eventually hitting the limit.

 

Still, using 0E2A is a good idea. The coder doesn't need to prevent saving until the blips can be removed. But if the coder wanted to remove and replace their blips during a particular session they'd still need the handles of all their blips.

 

A Limit Adjuster could probably enable a larger blip pool, but a beginner would be better off trying to work within the normal game limits.

I don't know, never tested that. Quote from SB library: "...and don't hits the blip limit". Guess it means that there's no limit.

you can try the script in your gta sa and tell me if your marker is also invisible, the coordinates flash immediately after joining the game, you go a little forward
