Game crashes after playing for certain amounts of time

So it looks like the game starts to freeze and crash after playing for amounts of time. For DLCs, it takes about 30 minutes while in GTA 4, it seems it took about an hour. I'm wondering what could've caused this to happen. I'm using the Complete Edition on Steam downgraded to 1.0.8.0. My operating system is 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate.

These are the mods I used, if you're curious:

I discover your post a year later but that gives me hope that may you find a solution. I have excatly the same problem with almost the same mods (Will list them below) I also have the CE from Steam downgraded to 1.0.8.0. I am so happy that I could make it to Algonquin and during the hour or so that I am able to play it looks awesome and alive, as I wanted. It would be so nice if you find a solution to your problem and if you want to share I would be so grateful.

The mods I installed:

. Potential Grim

. Liberty Rush

. Restored Pedestrians and clothes

. Various Pedestrians Actions

. Arrest Warrant

And then some hd weapons and blood, restore reflects on bus stops and Sweet Autumn, Fusion Fix and DXVK.

I hope that you fixed the npc mods that we installed make Liberty City even more stunning.

Damn, I'm having the same problem. In The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC, the game crashes every 10 minutes.

I have installed: FusionFX, DXVK, Color correction, colored gang flags, and colored radio stations.

Commandline:

-fullscreen
width 1920
height 1080
-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
-percentvidmem 100
-forcehighqualitymirrors
