For DLCs, it takes about 30 minutes while in GTA 4, it seems it took about an hour. I'm wondering what could've caused this to happen. I'm using the Complete Edition on Steam downgraded to 1.0.8.0. My operating system is 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate.
