Cayo Perico Heist Bugged?

Does anyone know if the Cayo Perico Heist is bugged after the recent update as the guards will now spot dead bodies. This once happened after filling my loot back from the north docks then halfway to the compound the guards would become alert then the alarm will go off. This will also become a big problem for 2 player runs that will require you to take out guards in the compound for the 2 keycards, as the second wave of guards that spawn in after you collect the primary target will Immediately spot the bodies of the 1st wave of guards as the bodies don’t despawn. This will make 2 player heists impossible to do stealth as you’re required to take out guards for the two keycards. 
 

does anyone know if this is a intentional change or it’s a bug, as it will make 2 player heists impossible to do stealth & solo runs impossible to do using longfin from north docks as you need to take out guards in order to not be detected, and th3 Winkys that drive past the north docks after you leave will spot the bodies & raise the alarm.

It was nerfed af, but it doesn't make sense at all because we can't move bodies like in Red Dead Redemption.

Looks like we gotta learn new routes and execute guards that move around (outside), new guards spawn after you grab main target in the compound which makes them spot dead bodies.

Don't kill anyone except the red cones on the stairs, favour entering via north dock for the guaranteed disguise there (4 spots), and you're golden. This heist was always about stealth, just not in the Deliver EMP sense.
