Can anyone below Rank 25 go to Barber Shop to check one thing?

"X new style(s) available", a simple question about Rank unlocks became the mystery of the century for me. For almost a decade.

 

I have 2 playable characters, male and female, both above Rank 100. So I have all the Rank-locked items already unlocked. I can't create a third character, 'cause the limit is two, and I don't want to delete any of them (too many rare, time-limited items are unlocked on both characters), and I can't go back in time to check out one simple thing. When you play the game, or watch videos of other players on YouTube, when a character ranks up, the game usually have pop-up messages/ticks, upon reaching certian levels, that usually says somethin like "15 new styles available", referencing to 15 new hairstyles (actually 3, each of 5 different colors, sums up as 15, in the original version of the game, back when we didn't have 48 hair colors to choose from) being unlocked upon reaching a certain rank.

 

So I wonder, what hairstyles and makeups were initially locked? And what Rank did they required to be unlocked? And what hairstyle(s) and makeup(s) requrie the highest rank to unlock them?

So, the highest level to unlock final/remaining set of hairstyles is 32. At least the code says so. Rank 32 unlocks 15 final hairstyles (3 of 5 different colors, sums up as 15) in the original version on PS3/Xbox 360, or simply 3 in the updated Enhanced version(s), where you can choose the hair color from 48 different colors, so every hairstyle is counted as one. So the highest and final rank to unlock the remaining hairstyles is 32. Because one of the lines (link above) says "FM_RANK32_MH_TICK": "15 new styles available". "MH" in that line stands for "male hairstyles", I guess. And there's no any "MH_TICK" after that rank. There are also "FH" lines, for "female hairstyles".

BUT! The question is WHICH 15/3 hairstyles Rank 32 unlocks! I asked modders, I watched tons of videos, especially from 2013, back when most of the players weren't above Rank 100… "But I still haven't found what I'm looking for." I just need to know where to find the answer. It could be somewhere in the game's code, or it could be just a simple video of someone below Rank 32 is going to a Barber Shop and scrolling throughout all the hairstyles and makeups. Speaking of makeups. The highest level for makeups is Rank 50, where "FM_RANK50_MU_TICK": "2 new styles available". There are no any new makeups unlocked after Rank 50. But still… What are these 2 styles that Rank 50 unlocks, exactly, I'd like to know.

 

Maybe someone can create a (second) character, go to Barber Shop at Rank 1-3, and make a video while scrolling through all the locked hairstyles, makeups etc.? Or maybe someone knows where to find the answer in the game's files? Or can anyone below Rank 25 go to any Barber Shop and tell me what hairstyles are still locked fot him/her, and what Rank they require to unlock it? The lower the Rank the better, but Rank 25 would be good too 'cause at least you still have some items still locked for you in Barber Shops at Rank 25.
