FPS/LAG Problem

Hi there, need your help please.

 

My PC information:

 

I7-6700CPU

RTX 3060TI

16GB Ram

 

I'm playing in FiveM and getting 100-70fps, and sometimes there are drops but the main problem is that while I'm playing I feel like I have lags while running and moving in the game, I feel a feeling as if the player is heavy.

 

Who can help me with that thing? I'm playing in LOW setting.
