PS5, after this update, recently I made a casino heist using Yung Ancestor disguise for the first time. Now I can't remove his phone number from phonebook. Using new feature hiding contacts, Yung is not even on this list, so impossible to hide.

- compact emp launcher tints are all still wrong color

- ragdolling is broken when being hit by a vehicle

- and of course stuttering still hasn't been fixed on PC

I've noticed this a fair bit the other day too, it seems to be triggered by something specific but I'm not entirely sure what yet unfortunately. I think the ragdolls were fine, then someone hit me with their Oppressor jokingly, and for the remainder of that period I just had no ragdolls when being hit by other vehicles. It then fixed itself at random.

What seems to be a 100% and easily reproducible bug at least on PC.

Requirements: Have a friend with you in the Freakshop, and your Acid Lab parked in there. You and your friend must be next to the Acid Lab.

 

1. As the Freakshop/Acid Lab owner, walk into the Acid Lab corona where it'll ask you whether you want to enter alone or being your friends/org with you.

2. As soon as that prompt appears, cancel out of it.

3. Your character will start walking forward by itself and eventually get stuck walking into a wall, which will force the game to teleport you out of the interior, and under the world.

I'm on Xbox series s and when i play gta my the game will stop receiving my inputs all of a sudden it has now happend to me 4 times 

1.when i was walking about in my kostka

2.when i was flying the sparrow while doing finger print cloner for cayo perico

3.when i was driving truck to compound during cayo perico finale

4 it hapend again when i was messing about in freemode

the only way to fix it is by restarting them game

OMG the crashing on pc since this update is unbearable. Has happened close to 15 times in the past several days. Straight to desktop, no error, nothing. F*CK YOU COCKSTAR!

The error code should be in Documents/Rockstar Games/Launcher/launcher.log

Scroll up from the bottom to find the last time the game shut down, and there will be an exit code. Search for [crashdetection]

Exit code 0x0 is a clean shutdown, anything else is an error code to be googled (for example 0xc0000005)

I've had it happen a couple of times now where the Crop Duster Fooligan jobs fails to spawn enemies, including the truck driver pulling along the trailer you need to destroy at the end.

After giving the acid lab the equipment upgrade it doesn’t increase the payout it stays the same as not having the upgrade

Granger 3600LX model has a ton of missing parts when you add armour plates to it.

 

Richards Majestic Apartments garage door is missing once again.

 

When repairing a customers car in the workshop it kicks you out before you can choose how to deliver the vehicle.

Not sure if this is new or not, but I notice it now every time I pass this part of the map

 

 

Half of this muffler sign lets loose when a player comes past, and then freaks out. You can't see it in this image, but the two parts (the hanging part, and the bit that is still in place) of this sign constantly clip through each other.

yup today it's crashing repeatedly here, th famous "Exit code 0xc0000005"

it pays, but we can't see the money getting in sometimes. Just check your bank value before and after the contract

sorry but it's not true. your just not playing enough to see it happen. sometimes they don't pay anything. this bug has existed for a year or more.

I've played quite a few security contracts recently to get to over 100 and because of the bonus and I've been paid.

Last week I have done 201 contracts, I got paid everytime I didnt glitch out (by that I mean being kicked to SP or the game crashing entirely).

???. I literally am not being paid at the end of the mission. this has happened multiple times over multiple days. allthough this is an old bug i never experienced it till this week. 3 people come in and tell me it never happened. thats called gaslighting.

Excuse us? Why are you trying to pick a fight over something so simple? Please stop being aggressive and accusatory (and outright wrong, no one is tricking your perception or abusing you psychologically - ie gaslighting -, just reporting they don't have an issue) for no reason. You are most likely getting paid, it's just the indicator that's not showing, and it won't be in the transaction log. Here, I literally just did a Security Contract - a Specialist+ for GTA$126,500 which is this week's value, as it's on double:

That's some hardcore paranoia my man, may you get the help you need if you think this is "gaslighting". Let's stop this BS accusatory stuff right here okay? If you still think you're not getting paid, okay, fine you've reported your issue, but others are also in their right to say "huh I don't seem to have this", and they're not gaslighting you simply because they're not observing it, that's not what it means.

 

Either you discuss this constructively, or not at all. It's not the first time you try to pick fights like these in a topic and it would be best for it to stop now. If you have an issue, okay, you've reported it, it's here, don't accuse members of things that didn't happen. I can't believe some people in this place, getting like this over a completely normal discussion  I hope you don't think you're being gaslit by your friends too when they say they're not seeing something you do, they might not like that!

 

To repeat, if you do feel there's an issue, great, ok, it's in the topic. Don't go accusing people of things just because you don't agree.

Ok its highly probable that Im doing this for badunkadunk but Im going to explain it to you.

 

Gaslighting is a term that you use when somebody is trying to mess with the victim / drive the victim insane (or manipulating the victim) by telling the victim he/she didnt experience it when it did actually happen.

From what I have read in the comments I can conclude the following:

 

- The people who responded to your message, were only stating their own experience or actually giving you advice.

- You basically insinuate we are all lying, and are wrong in our statement.

- With only an arguement like "google it" which is the same as "trust me bro" - you wont get far if you want to prove somebody wrong that way.

  If I want to see if eating raw chicken is safe on google, there will be no doubt I will find an article that will say that it is.

 

However the following is the case: We respond that WE did not experience it, I see nobody "in the room"  stating that YOU didnt experience it.

So nobody is gaslighting nobody, if you really want to get into the meaning of "gaslighting".

 

So I sincerely hope this clears up the confusion, as I said again: Good luck with the issue.

TWO ISSUES:

 

Game Version: "Gen9" / Expanded & Enhanced

Chance-Trigger(?) Game Crash:

Over the last week and few days (date of writing: 19/1/23), I've taken notice of the game instantly crashing, either when entering an in-game property or launching a mission.

The following is a list of in-game activities I've been primarily playing over the last week and how they've performed;

These have all occurred within Invite Only Lobbies where I was the only present player - the only exception being the crash that occured with the Casino Heist, that was launched from a largely populated Public Lobby.

 

Cocaine Lockup - Sell Mission /// Location: Elysian Island

--- has crashed the most out of all gameplay, both entering the property and when launching a sell mission.

 

Nightclub - Sell All Mission /// Location: Mission Row

--- has crashed once or twice when entering the property via garage door.

 

Bunker - Sell Mission /// Location: Chumash

--- has crashed once when launching a sell mission.

 

Casino Heist - 1x Aggressive Sewers Finale & 1x Big Con Gruppe Sechs Finale /// Location: Eight-Bit - Vinewood

--- no crashes for the Aggresive Finale, the game instantly crashed about one to two seconds after all players (two players; myself and one other, joined via On Call) had selected "Ready" in the Outfit Selection screen of the Big Con Finale.

 

Auto-Shop Contracts - Union Depository & IAA Contracts /// Location: Burton

--- no crashes.

 

Acid Lab - Sell Mission /// Varying launch locations

--- no crashes.

 

Cayo Perico Heist /// Varying launch locations

--- no crashes.

 

Total Loss of Input Control:

This has happened to me twice, both times during a Gather Intel mission in the Cayo Perico Heist - both occasions, I had been idle for multiple minutes while riding a Manchez Scout. The first instance occured inside the most north-western shed at the North Dock, the other was while sitting in a wide open area of grassland, I can't remember where on the island exactly. Both instances required the game to be fully restarted to regain control.
