I actually think a rather "simple" change that will really go a long way in making this game look a little fresh is modifying the timecyc files to include different or slightly modified colors than what we currently have in the atmosphere, they do that for their screenshots and trailers, just do a slight change every now and then.

They spend their time inbetween DLCs thirst trapping each other in the marketing department to see who can make the most unrealistic images of the game for article purposes.

 

They are esentially the Bruce Almighty's of the Rage engine, moving the sun and moon like its a game of checkers all for a tidy pay check. Tax dollas baby
