It rolls out at 5AM EST. 10AM GMT on Xbox, psn is a few minutes later 3 to 5 min per my experience. PC is a few minutes after that.

Nah, it's RT on the Fidelity mode which is locked 30FPS.

 

I don't see them doing 40fps in this game, maybe not yet anyway, probably for the next one.

I'm assuming this will be using FSR 2.0 already, current Fidelity Mode can already have occasional drops in areas, if they're adding RT reflections, there's maybe either a new mode coming, or they'll be lowering the resolution a teeny bit, then using FSR 2.x to upscale it back without it being too noticeable.

Does it? the 60fps modes are the ones that drop, I haven't noticed any drops with the 30fps mode.

Youll revert within 5 minutes. Gives me motion sickness trying fidelity mode now despite 8 years stuck on 30 frames.

What I actually hope they do is improve the frame pacing because the 30fps mode in this is somehow worse than RDR2's and Horizon's.

Naah I am not that kinda player, last week I played Horizon on Fidelity mode (30fps) and haven't had problems.

 

It's the first few minutes of the switch that are terrible to me, especially in GTA because for whatever reason the 30fps is not the same as it is in other games.

Once you go 60, you cant go back to 30. Sure, fancier graphics are nice and all but I choose a smoother experience over a reflection in a puddle in a heartbeat. It's nice for screenshots and such!

I'll use them for pictures as I do now with the RT mode we already have.

 

Still though, I might actually go on a new playthrough of SP if the RT reflections are that good.
