GTA 4 adding English US keyboard layout each time playing

Each time I play gta iv it adds the eng us keyboard layout but windows doesn't switch to it. I use the eng uk keyboard layout as I am from the uk. It disappears after I restart but reappears when I play the game. How could I disable this?
