SharkVader66 Posted December 1, 2022 Share Posted December 1, 2022 Each time I play gta iv it adds the eng us keyboard layout but windows doesn't switch to it. I use the eng uk keyboard layout as I am from the uk. It disappears after I restart but reappears when I play the game. How could I disable this? Β Probably I am late, you already figured it out I am guessing. If not try going to Start > (Gear) Settings or (home) > Devices > Typing > Advanced Keyboard Settings and choose default input method the one you want, that has to be the one I think, might be wrong there (have the other two unticked). If it's Windows 10 and 11. Β If you have Windows 7 then I don't know but it's probably similar. I had this but with GTA V, I didn't mind it but it stopped changing them on its own somehow. Even checking this part it didn't work? Seems like you have to restart your computer for it to work. I assume you did this too then I don't know what it could be, maybe someone else will be able to help you out.
