Hacking Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable game save files (GTA: Chinatown Wars related)

I am looking to update my GTA: Chinatown Wars guide at GameFAQs but I want to try to find a way to unlock all of the stuff that required that you link up to the Rockstar Social Club (Bulletproof Patriot, Sean (special drug dealer), Xin missions). I figure that hacking the game saves on the NDS and PSP versions may be the best way to do it but have not found much information on how to do that. So I am inquiring if anybody here has any ideas on how to go about this. I know this could go into the Chinatown Wars part of the site but I figure I could get more eyeballs if I posted this question here. BTW, I have jailbroken and hacked both my 3DS and PSP so I can have better access to the game save files.
