gokuta Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 (edited) I have installed GTA:VC in a custom directory and as I try to play, I get this message: "Please insert your GTA Vice City CD, or press ESC to cancel". I found there is a bug, which can be solved by installing SilentPatchVC. So I downloaded it and copied files to game directory. Patch did nothing, problem still persists. I wonder whether .ASI file gets loaded at all as I did not install any ASI loader for GTA:VC (seems like there is no such thing as GTA:VC ASI loader!). Is such loader needed? What else can I do? If i remember correctly you should either download "No-CD Crack" or check the "Audio Files".. first download the crack and test it.. if it doesn't work you can download the audio files from here..
