Same tbh, I was just pointing that out. I love to do everything possible as Arthur rather than save it to John because I view it as his game, just like RDR is John's, even reverted to version 1.00 to access New Austin as Arthur. Going forward though, I'd like to see Rockstar possibly implementing content (side missions, collectibles, challenges) that are only unlocked in the endgame, I don't know how practical of an idea that'd be but it give a reason to spend more time in their worlds for people like us who complete everything throughout the story.

I ain't siding with GSG, but after playing VC DE and SA DE, I haven't come across many bugs. I actually quite enjoyed VC

Oh god, that day sucked. I remember looking forward to the remasters after first hearing about them because I thought they would fix the problems I had with the original trilogy, and then to see the remasters not fix those issues, and instead make everything worse felt like a kick in the gut. All that time spent on here and on r/gtatrilogy speculating with others was for nothing.

What I like about Jason and Lucia is how different their height is, when I saw pressumably Jason standing next to Lucia in that club I was impresed how GTA characters are not similar in height anymore. Jason on that clip looks like 6,2 and Lucia is like 5,3.

Also I think we got explanation for that videos where the dev was adjusting mirrors, seats and sun covers or whatever they are called. My best guess and explanation is that probably seats and mirrors will be adjusted dependent on which character drives.

 only when the player enters the car, like how racing and truck simulator games do it. (to avoid performance issues is the reason they don't do it for vehicles always having reflections like that, that's what I saw)

And why you think that just because you get bronze medals on missions everyone else is forced to have such mediocre results on them as well? Like I said, I wish they weren't a thing, but since they are I'll f*ck their tiny holes. 👹

GTA 3 and GTA Vice City are very playable, but GTA San Andreas turned dog sh*t since it's the biggest and most complex game of the three by far.

I noticed in the older clips Lucia looks thinner, but in the newer ones she looks thicker.

I’m excited to see explosions, fire, ray tracing, new damage effects and also vehicles, containers, houses and other things that we can loot.

Kinda crazy, I also got a DM from a Rockstar exec saying they're gonna scrap GTA VI and instead downscale it for a GTA Online update. Look forward to more as the story develops.

So, that's how GTA RP looks like. Main problem with GTA V RP streamers - they don't edit their VoDs. 

I feel like GTA V RP videos would be way less boring if streamers/youtubers compilate all important events in few 40-50 min videos, and release them on YT...

 

I feel like a majority of these big streamers' RP streams are scripted or organized in a way by the admins of the server they're playing on, to make whatever they're doing look more exciting. It's good for both the streamer who gets views and revenue, and the server managers who get new players (some of which donate to the server, thus also getting revenue).

 

I mean, I've seen this experience first-hand because I was an "actor" in one of those scripted videos for a SA-MP server in my country I played on (was a long time ago, somewhere in 2015/2016). I was one of the cops responding to a bank robbery, and we weren't supposed to enter it because the robbers (the YouTuber that was recording was one of the robbers, of course) claimed to have hostages, and we needed to negotiate with them. It all looked cool, professional, cops aiming their guns at the door, staying in cover, even having snipers deployed, one cop negotiating with the robbers. In the end the robbers handed us the hostages and ran off, we had to chase them, but at the same time let them get away from us, so in the end they win.

 

In reality, what bank robbery situations looked like: cops arrive, gang up on the door, enter it at the same time, and upon entering shoot anything that moves. Either all cops died or all robbers died, no other outcome. There were no negotiations or any kind of communication between the cops and the robbers.

 

After witnessing what these scripted situations look like first hand, I can't help but believe most of those situations big streamers get into are, in one way or another, organized/scripted by the server admins. Anyways, end of rant I guess.

On current consoles? Yeah, maybe it should be like that but reflections for all cars should be still implemented in the game. It will stay with us for many years so it should be really future-proofed as much as possible and of course reasonable.

which clips, they all look the same except the last few with the black dress, her face did change a bit though like Jason's, from younger she looks a bit older in the last ones.

 

Multiple years might be real after all, we follow their story from start to finish as they become  big criminals. Let's say from their late 20s to late 30s. Jason is around 28 and Lucia 25 at the start.

If you're talking to me then I get what you're saying, vehicle mirrors having ray traced reflections only when you enter the car, there's nothing complicated about that.

If I understood right:

 

Mirrors in cars should be ray-traced, but only for the car the player is driving. Other cars (empty or driven by NPCs, basically any car not driven by the player) should have disabled ray-traced reflections in mirrors, to save performance.

 

As for reflections on all cars, I think that's pretty much a given at this point. Imagine a fidelity mode with some kind of ray-traced reflections on every car.

I do agree though, it does look like it. It's been mentioned before that we might have a weight stat like we did in RDR2 or GTA SA.

I could definitely see this coming back, or at least a Muscle stat. it seems like they're going for more of an RPG feel with VI considering the inventory changes we've seen, consumables, and so on, so I could see the San Andreas stats being back.

If there are muscle stats, I hope we see the return of gyms. I loved that in SA we could learn advanced fighting moves and whatnot.

Could simply be a case of them tweaking the model over time and nothing to do with having the in-game potential to change the model be it through gyms or whatever/

 

Generally speaking there's no harm in speculating, especially as it's all we got right now for the most part, but a very good general rule of thumb to follow is to not get excited over features that we have no concrete evidence of.

 

That is part of the reason why NMS was a disaster at launch cause while Hello Games said and showed a bunch of misleading stuff, there was a lot of people just making up things that they were excited to see in-game only to be inevitably disappointed.
