Yeah, looks like they used iFruit radio as a placeholder for the strip club music. I didn't hear most of these songs since (I suppose) most of them were added to online in a DLC, and I practically don't play Online at all.

I mean, possible, but they could still announce the game in Fall 2023 with a release for Spring/Fall 2024, so there's less time between the trailer and release. Imagine how lit it would be if they announced the game in October 2023 with a release date in like March/April 2024, only a few months of waiting.  They obviously won't do that, since Rockstar loves to torture us all, but it'd be a nice change.

I was searching for some 2F2F scenes on YouTube and came across this.

 

 

It made me laugh so much because the things he says actually makes sense, I can already see people making videos reviewing Jason and Lucia's relationship and using small hints to say he's only using her to pretend being a heterosexual man lol. By the way I don't mean any offense to anyone, I just wanted to share this video with you people since it's kinda boring here without any news anyway...

Even though I usually complete all missions with gold medals on GTA 5 and RDR2 I wish it wasn't a thing, it's kinda annoying when the game rates your gameplay style because you didn't complete something under a certain time or didn't shoot a certain amount of people on the head with almost perfect accuracy, if it wasn't for that we could have realistic shootouts spraying everything in front of us in movie-like sequences, not having to worry about having to replay those missions later to get their gold medals.

Oh I was talking about the online heists and their elite challenges/criminal mastermind, I agree with the storymode gold medals  I don't like those. Instead as gold medal with telling how to do the mission it could be how many headshots you get and stuff, driving without hitting traffic, something to do with skill like time and all that  that is more fun, but nothing sort of forced like it was with gta 5 telling you how to do missions.

 

 online mode heists elite challenges were slightly better to me, had fun doing those but you need good teammates or it don't happen, and some luck to not come across bugs/glitches that they don't bother fixing. They should give us more freedom, the better you perform the more xp and money.

Even the timers sometimes is bugged, at least on PC version with the fleeca job. That's why I say more freedom..

I see lol, but when you think about it, it's kinda the same thing as the gold medal objectives on story mode missions but with a different name, it's rating your gameplay just the same.

i know you guys reassured me it wasn't going to happen but it soothes my worrying that take two said the leaks wouldn't effect development of the game.. some people had theories that they were going to scratch jason and lucia and rewrite the story/new characters because of the leak

I just hope that they won’t do like GTAV again where you would only get paid after completing heists. In the older GTA games, you would get paid a certain amount of money after completing most missions, but in GTAV you go around doing errands and not getting paid every time. It’s annoying because then you have to wait for certain moments of the storyline before you can buy things.

They are not going to throw years worth of work in the bin and restart from scratch because people saw the surprise early

well it depends how far they are in the mocap....if they were not that far in, they could possibly reboot the story (unlikely)

No don't worry about it, their faces maybe changed a bit from the leaks since it is still in development, like how Michael and Franklin changed and other stuff that we don't know but these are our two protagonists, we might get third one maybe but for now these are, Jason and Lucia. The leaks didn't cause any changes or delays.

So people are theorizing that they'll axe Jason and Lucia? What makes them believe that Rockstar would get rid of the protagonists just because of the leak? Weren't there already confirmed rumors about them before the leak?

That’s extremely unlikely. First of all, the game looked far too advanced in the leaks to be in early production and Second of all, like I said, there are not just going to scrap the game and restart just because people saw the game early in an unfinished state. Don’t worry about it man, the game will still be the same when it releases

First of all it's not easy to completely scrap characters like that, when you create a character you also create way too many things about them, their story and all that, it's not easy to do that. They will have to scrap most of the game they worked on just to add new characters.

Absolutely, it was very positive. You did get though the mostly the younger people? who hate having a female protagonist or who are not used to new characters but they'll get used to it, we already start seeing it. The leaks in a few ways like this helped. Jason in the nightclub clip looked cool.

When the reveal happens that stupid criticism of the new protagonists will not be as much until the game releases.

I saw people hated Arthur Morgan when he was first revealed, saw many youtube comments saying that and such, I don't know maybe you can tell me if that's true.

It was true, some people really didn't like him and wish that RDR2's protagonist was John too, only to regret saying it once they saw that Arthur was actually a better protagonist tham him, seriously who likes playing as John on RDR2? I always finish the game 100% and then delete this savegame to go back to my 78,3% savegame on the end of Chapter 6 because I literally don't care about John at all and just prefer to play as Arthur instead, even sick. People always like barking about things they haven't experimented yet only to regret saying such things later, people needs to stop sh*ting by their mouths and keep this function to the digestive system.

Hot take, but GTA RP isn't supposed to be streamed. 

Like, imagine watching your favorite TV series, but you forced to see how characters drive all hour from one location to another in real time. Or talk with each other for the whole 30 minutes about completely unrelated thing... That would be boring and extremely uneventful. 

 

So, that's how GTA RP looks like. Main problem with GTA V RP streamers - they don't edit their VoDs. 

I feel like GTA V RP videos would be way less boring if streamers/youtubers compilate all important events in few 40-50 min videos, and release them on YT...

Same. I always thought a game having things to do after the story just depends on how a player goes through the content. Games like GTA V or RDR2 are packed with things to do in the endgame if you save most of the side-missions, challenges and collectibles till the end.
