Also, idk if changing height will be a thing in GTAO2 since everyone would have different hitboxes which would put some at an advantage and others at a disadvantage

freemode this time will probably be a little more peaceful now but for deathmatch...it's not that difficult on pc to shoot, far easier than a game like cs:go. (I cant play that game you have to be very calm and focused which i cant be i just wanna shoot things)

 It seems that Rockstar, being the industry empires that they are, are walking a thin line. Since GTA is literally at the top of the free-roam open-world video game genre market, they have some unspoken rules they have to follow as far as how we dress our protagonists. While some might argue that having a couple set-in-stone selections of outfits would be a step back in innovation, there have been numerous instances where things were removed from past GTA titles albeit for good reason and some of those instances proved to be a step in the right direction and the game was better off for it. So three or four outfits for each protagonist should suffice. We may all just not be ready for a scantily clad Lucia. Yes, there's other titles that let you control a female protagonist with the freedom to dress however you please, but those games aren't the pioneers of the genre they're in. There's so many things that can happen, from complaints of concerned parents to feminism idealist not taking a liking to where the game is headed due to the supposed carelessness of how the game handles it's meta and thus, giving it a bad rep. All this seems to be a perfectly fine solution seeing as how the outfits won't take away from the realism of the game and we can take small steps to see where this initial solution takes GTA going forward for the future of the series i.e updates to the game 

 

Tl;Dr -- GTA single player should only let Lucia and Jason be able to select from a few controlled outfits each.

nothing bad as far as I know

there's no probleme for gta vi if there was rockstar will let us know, Strauss Zelnick said a few days ago that there wasn't,  any problems.

For single player, I go back and forth between KB&M and controller depending on what kind of mood I'm in. Sometimes I enjoy the challenge of using a controller with free aim for gun fights. Online is exclusively KB&M though; I have no desire to gimp myself against other players, and missing a shot in something like a Cayo run can be the difference between success and failure. Similarly, I use KB&M exclusively for RDR2 because of how much more punishing inaccuracy can be in that game. In hindsight, I can't believe I finished my first playthrough on the PS4 version, running at a silky smooth 20fps average with a f*cking quarter second of input latency.

 

I haven't decided which control scheme I'll initially play with in VI, assuming I have a choice and I'm not forced to use a controller due to console exclusivity (and if that's the case, I'll be more bothered by the forced vsync than being forced to use a controller; if my above statement regarding RDR2 didn't make it obvious, I absolutely detest input latency). Even if we do finally get a simultaneous PC release, I'm leaning towards using a controller for my first playthrough, if for no other reason than to invoke the nostalgia of my first playthroughs in the previous titles.

I'm not being childish because first of all I'm the one saying that the game will probably only be announced late 2023 and be released on 2025, but everytime I say this people hate on me because I'm hurting their expectations to see the game today and have it on their hands by 2024, Rockstar GOT what was coming to them the second they mentioned the game on their social media accounts and didn't provide a single screenshot or trailer showing the game, they only used GTA 6 as an escape from all the hate they were getting for their f*ck ups and now are getting even more hate because they don't want to show the product teased by themselves nearly a entire year ago now. Also I don't give a damn about seeing the game on this state, I'm used to see all kinds of alpha and beta screenshots/footage from Rockstar Games anyway.

I feel like GTA VI's ending will heavily depend on the choices you make throughout the story. Imo the ending will be something similar to Battlefield 4 where you have to scarifice either yourself or someone else.

It would be more interesting if we couldn't change the ending on the last minute to our liking, even on RDR2 if we have a maximum dishonor level we can just fish a lot right before Arthur's final mission and get the "best" ending for him.

Everyone talking about how the GTA V may have leaked, guys, we've had access to GTA V's source code since 2013, I've got it on my PC right now as well, if I just launch this "GTAV.exe" I've got access to all of GTA V. Don't misunderstand, we are in control here, we are the leakers.

Yeah, just like how they did with GTA IV. If you chose a path, you will have to play through the one you choose.

On GTA 4 we kinda choose the ending literally near the end as well, but yeah, something similar to that, only earlier on the story you know, a point of no return about 2/3 or 3/4 of the story.

Guessing the ending of a new GTA game is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Although, I believe one if not both characters will die. Maybe we will get to play as Billy and Kai (per the leaks). Might just be a coincidence but in the nightclub clip with Dre, there's a pop-up saying "New Contact: Billy". Interesting to say the least. Maybe they'll go down the RDR2 route once again and they'll do something similar to what happened after the demise of Arthur.

 

Also, does anyone know if the dude with the dreads in one of the leaked clips is a multiplayer character?

Additional protagonist unlocked at some point IMO. Those dreadlock physics were pretty impressive as well.

The reason your speculation is causing friction is because you have the habit of framing it as fact and trying to "correct" people who think the game may launch in 2024.

 

We're all speculating and guessing, we've all been wrong a million times, but even the best educated guesses as still guesses. Let people have their predictions and see what happens.

So just because they mentioned the game and didn't show said game they deserve to have the game leaked? what kind of logic is that? this also implies that they surprised us by confirming the game's existence, we ALL know it existed and they didn't show it, so why are they just now deserving of a leak if the game itself has been in production for a while?

 

Their reasoning for the reveal has nothing to do with them deserving the product being leaked or not either, I fully believe they used GTAVI to pass along bad news, it's obvious, but it absolutely doesn't mean they deserve the leak, it's just flawed thinking.

 

This comment still screams "they didn't show me what I want therefore they deserve the leak".
