South America has been mentioned an unusual amount of times with these set of missions, it wasn't a one off, it was talked about as if Rockstar wanted us to pay attention to it.

 

Not sure if there's more to this, but we'll see I guess.

I've said this before but I unironically think this whole acid trip/drugs/rabbit hole theme would be really cool to tease GTA VI, like we're all hallucinating, or going down a rabbit hole of speculation, sh*t like that.

 

The Last Dose certainly makes things a bit more sus lol. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Lukas' post wasn't entirely a joke either, they did it with Heists

While driving my taxi doing stunts I made up a little intro for J & L

-J is a taxi driver from vice city, bored and broke driving endlessly around wondering if this is it for him. Radio comes on with a borad cast of a local Robbery not having any fares J goes down town too see the commotion but gets stuck in traffic while waiting a young women rushes in the back asking him to drive, not thinking J drives off and starts talking too her asking why the rush but notices blood on her shirt. He quickly puts it all together and asks something that takes her by surprise- you need a hand next time- intro music- camera pans city then fast forward 3 years

I think these trips are kind of side activities in GTA 6 whenever lucia or jason do drugs there's a chance one of the random trips will start

Agreed. As I said, he feels out of place in a script filled with such believably written and complex characters imo. He's a cartoonishly evil character who has every bad trait you can think of, because the game wants you to hate him so bad, but I ultimately just ended up feeling indifferent.

 

Many say Micah's well-written because he makes people hate him but that's probably more because he's such a obviously evil person who stands out in a group of very likeable, non controversial characters and is antagonistic towards the main character, than the writing imo.

I'd genuinely like if we ever hear a little more about the original story based on the initial plans after VI releases. That is if there was any script or a solid draft at some point and of course, I don't expect for the entirety of the story to be revealed, just some interesting tidbits.

What if with RP you had the option to take on any role in the game?  I always thought that being able to start a unique life from the beginning would be awesome. You could still be a criminal but you could have another job, maybe as a front to throw off suspicion, or as a perk so you could gain better access to valuable materials. It might up the stakes too if you had real players chasing you as cops instead of AI, and if you had to spend time in jail if you got busted. Of course if that happened you could break out, make new criminal connections while locked up, etc.

I want roleplay elements. To be able to do stuff when I want to, like have dinner in a nice restaurant, sit on a bench or go to a club. Stuff that's immersive. Buy a car at a dealership, buy a house at a realtor's office.

 

What I don't want is some 15 year old dipsh*t RPing as a police officer annoy the sh*t out of me for 45 minutes.

It’s possible, they have the Versace mansion in Miami FL which was Gianni Versace’s real house and they turned it into a restaurant. R* could do something like that for Liotta

Idk man it seems like every time there’s a somewhat believable leak and the community screams fake they end up completely wrong lol sure we know about 80% of this stuff but there’s some things we didn’t know. Not saying it’s true, could definitely just be made up but people write things off too quickly lol

It’s not a "believable leak" the dude is literally just listing stuff that we have seen in the leaks acting like it’s something brand new that we have never seen before.

I’m mainly referring to the locations, I don’t think anyone has completely matched the locations we found in the leaks. Yorktown (Andytown), Redhill (Ocala), Crosstown (Overtown), Rockridge (Liberty City) and so on. The only one I’ve heard brought up recently by the community is Lake Leonida (Lake Okeechobee). The bit where Jason being from Carcer City is a huge giveaway honestly, but those are really precise locations for someone to just make up

Same. I don't mind light RP stuff. Like you said, immersive stuff. I don't, however, want to be "locked in" into one role or job or whatever, or deal with 12 year old cops shouting the N-word at me or spend 10 actual hours in jail because I'm a criminal in a crime game. There's a server for SAMP that I think has a good balance. Called Welcome to Los Santos or something, fairly popular. You can do legit jobs, like trucking or taxi driving or something, without being locked to those jobs, but you can also just take on missions from NPCs, join a gang etc., doesn't have much on the "immersive" side, but it's still San Andreas, after all. I still don't want player cops, though, that sounds super annoying, especially with the hacking problem the game is most definitely going to have on PC. And you can't rely on randoms to be cops, or form a gang, or run a dealership or anything like that. The average GTA Online player can't even follow the simple instructions given in a heist

I wanna be able to be a trucker for an hour, then decide I'm gonna sell meth and boost some cars, then go on a fishing trip afterwards.
