The Toundra brand is a new in-game car manufacturer introduced in GTA Online with the Drug Wars DLC. They might be based on Alpine, since the one new car we're getting from them is based on the 2017 Alpine A110 called the Panthere

 

They may or may not appear in VI, we don't know yet.

For Sony more than R*. There's absolutely no reason to delay the game for atleast 3 more years in order to sell it for the PS6. Assuming this gen even lasts 6 years. They have already been working on it since 2018, that's 4 years now. They might as well release it when it's ready for the PS5 and just start working on their next project which will fully make use of the capabilities of the PS6 and the next xbox.

0%, they only use placeholder names in casting calls for obvious reasons. Using fake names during development would make no sense and only makes things confusing.

Biker clothing is some of the coolest in GTAO. I wouldn't mind biker Lucia at all, especially if there's tight leather pants involved.

If we assume a brainstorming meeting between Sam, Dan, Leslie, Aaron Garbut, and a few other devs marks the beginning of the pre-production stage of the production cycle, then GTAVI production cycle would have started sometime in mid-2012.

 

Not talking full production. Simply the first talk of "Okay GTA6, so which city should we pick?". Just like how Rockstar started thinking about RDR's sequel a few months prior to RDR1 release. It makes sense to discuss the sequel of GTA a few months prior to GTA5 release. And when we started hearing about the possibility of Rockstar doing Bully 2 or going full-focus on GTA6. It was in the last year before RDR2 release.

If Bully 2 ever comes out, it'll definitely have more of a hyper-exaggerated, cartoonish art direction than the GTA or RDR games. Even the old, leaked artworks reflect that.

Even GTA or RDR aren't exactly trying to be as realistic as possible. They have their own quirks, like how much landscape paintings of 19th century influenced RDR2's visuals. These concept arts for RDR2 reflect that mindset, which obviously contrasts Bully's direction.

There was a fantastic interview with Aaron Garbut where he talked about Rockstar's design philosophy when it comes to building worlds, which absolutely spreads to the art direction as well.

I wonder if the actors from Lucia and Jason will still have a good partnership with Rockstar after Gta VI is released
