I am not really debating anything here, the game was unfinished at that point in time, but the trailer itself, I am not sure I agree on that one, the screenshot had a hole, but I can't really see the "holes" in that trailer.

 

Also, what's this about agree to disagree? when I come here and talk about stuff I need every single one of y'all to say "yes you're right", as I only speak straight facts, everyone is here to agree with me.

Not necessarily actively teasing (re: liveries), probably just a way to connect things up in the GTA universe, though the eCola livery does make it sound like they're advertising the GTA VI rebrand as upcoming. We don't know when that vehicle OR its livery is coming in the dripfeed so it's hard to say, for all we know it'll release in March and by then we maybe already have an announcement  I expect the VC Mambas one to be released alongside or after the announcement now, especially because the sports team was shown in the leaks lol.

I was loosely using the word "debate" to describe our conversation/difference in views in regards to the trailer, nothing more. Unlike a lot of gamers seem to think on social media, people are able to see things differently in a friendly way, who would have thought!

I mean, considering that we've had that Metro Mule logo in game since '18, I'd say they've been teasing us for quite some time. We just haven't noticed it

I am pretty sure their "tease" is gonna be very obvious, what they're doing here is just preparing the GTAO we currently have to connect with the next one.

I can't wait for people to suddenly start finding more random GTA VI related stuff in GTA Online, that we didn't know about lmao. It's 100% gonna happen. Some innocent artwork in the Diamond Casino, or the Agency, or some reference in a dialogue.

I'd say less teasing and more trying to update all the brands to match the timeline in VI probably.

It could be a "tease" in the sense that they're things from a new game, including potentially the new Toundra car brand, but not a "tease" as in to tell us directly "hey guys GTA VI confirmed via these things!".

i truly wonder how much the graphics will improve from RDR2 to GTAVI considering they are gonna be 6 years apart at the very least and a whole console generation.

This now honestly feels like it was a direct tease for gta 6

 

I wonder if it's based off concept art for the version of gta 6 before it was rebooted, it was rumored to be set in the 80's I believe.

I'm sure they'll knock it out of the park. The leaks were still early development and the videos were from specific builds testing particular bugs of sorts so it would make sense to not crank up the visuals all the way. I have high hopes for sure.

Back when V was released on PS4/X1 and PC I thought they would never be able to outdo themselves when it comes to the visuals, I thought they've reached the limits with what they can achieve, then they dropped RDR2 and it is today looking better than games that were released this year, with breathtaking visuals on a freaking PS4, the leaked stuff were already matching (sometimes looked even better than RDR2, like the nightclub scene) and this is still a few years away.

 

The next game is gonna be mad.

Game still looked phenomenal despite running at like 816p with most settings probably being at their very lowest. I think that alone puts things into perspective.

it was a technical mess too, the low memory notification was on the entire time, settings were clearly turned down in order to test stuff they were looking into

Oh yeah, It truly did look phenomenal. When Lucia exits the nightclub and goes outside at night, I was blown away.  They definitely have that thing down.
