I wouldn’t say it’s not gta’s thing as the 3d era gta games had pill pickups that gave an adrenaline effect. “Special abilities” were seen as un gta in 2013 but their execution was well done. 

True, I see that it definitely well could be an actual thing given it's in the development footage, but just remember that everything that you see in that may not be in the final game.

Yeah I know the adrenaline effect was a thing, I guess I'm more thinking that it isn't a system like with RDR 2 where you pick it up or purchase it in a store and it's in your inventory and then you consume later to give your character abilities or it affects your character.

 

Everything is subject to change given its in development still so everything we see may not be final and set in stone until an offical reveal. I'm open to anything Rockstar add/remove from there game because I know it'll be a quality game worth my time and money. :)

Whatever happened to the michael dlc .

I feel like they are gonna hint at trevor moving to vice city in that dlc . Which is probably why he isn't in Blaine county anymore.

We will kill Trevor in GTAVI singleplayer

I just saw the ad. It was like a TOTAL of 1 second of the diner scene played up for jokes. It’s all a publicity stunt I don’t think it’s all that bad. It’s pretty funny. rockstar have always been prudey stoic British folk though so I can see them being “genuinely upset” about it.

As what some of us have been speculating, this is because the trunk/boot of our vehicles is most likely gonna function as a storage place for our weapons, equipment, and loot when we're on the move around the map.

Damn, I just played a bunch of GTA Online missions and I don’t know who designed them, but I sure hope that they don’t design any missions for GTAVI because they are either a terrible game designer or they enjoy creating straight up sadistical and unfair missions to torment players.

If you liked YNNEL and you play GTAO you should probably play First Dose 4 in the latest GTAO DLC :kekw: It reminded me of that so much.

f*cking aimbot AI and the fact that half of the enemy blips do not appear on the radar. This is on top of the fact that the AI can kill my character, with full armor, with only 3-4 shots. Yet, for some fairly standard enemies, they can soak up about 30 rounds of a 60-round magazine before finally being killed....

 

Hell, I've just started noticing that they've been able to shoot me through walls

Was it the old heist setups? Those also pay so little but if you play them a million times you can do them easily but have to use snacks quite often, they're total aimbots

Idk if they will fix it now looking at how cayo perico heist is after the update.:cringekek:

Think about it this way:

 

GTA Online has had missions like that and *EVEN WORSE* before RDR2 released, and RDR2 came out fine. Stop comparing GTAO to what GTA VI will be and you'll be good. :p Very different products with very different scopes, where one is a live-service addon to a game and the other is a mainline full GTA game.

Yeah you’re right, GTA Online is pretty focused on multiplayer and grinding so it makes sense why missions are much more complex in that game. Also because they want to push people to buy Sharkcards :kekw:

One thing I still think of, considering all the other conspiracies about the latest GTAO DLC, is that apparently these people are from "out of state" - what if it's VC :sadkek:

Maybe a hot take: but if you would’ve been able to choose a ‘good’ ending RDR2 wouldn’t have been such a masterpiece and instead ‘just’ another cowboy game. Though I’m very much for having choices in games I think if you want to write an impactful story you should limit the choices you have. 
 

Eventhough a game like Detroit: become human has some amazing storylines, I don’t think it’d work for a Rockstar game

This may be stupid but if you read the article it says that the racing team is composed entirely of Rockstar North developers

Yeah, since the Contract DLC I feel like they are testing new mechanics for the next GTA. What caught my attention the most was NPCs actually helping you in missions, when they are shown as blue icons on the radar.

Bro this mission made me laugh so hard. I don't think First Dose 4 reaches the level of YNNEL, but it's pretty funny too.

Most recent BMW on Nürburgring. btw. didn't know they got Racing Team, the drivers are not professional drivers even, they are professional developers :fartkek:

Can be both. :p (or just hobby racers!) It's common for companies like Rockstar and even EA, Codemasters, etc. to be associated with stuff like this because a lot of their vehicle programmers and artists* are true gearheads. This was a pretty cool read, and no, it doesn't affect a game's development - how dare developers have fun and hobbies, even if related to the company?!

 

They had the Red Hook Crit cycling thing which so many people complained about during GTA V's marketing (2011-2013) and quite a few devs participated in that too.

 

*and not only, there's prop artists who are racers too!

Actually Rockstar did teaser today, and sadly no Blinkers in GTA VI confirmed because BMW doesn't have blinkers. conspiracy.jpg
