yeh feels like gta online isn't there focus and all hands are on GTAVI . Just look at the last few dlc's for gta online , just a couple of mission with drip feed content . i feel the last big dlc will be a heist dlc .

It will thank GTAOnline for a massive and successful year, reassures the last 5 people playing RDO that they aren't shutting down the servers, they'll mention that GTAO will continue to receive major updates later, and that's it.

 

Couple of minutes after they hit publish, they'll realize they got one of the loudest and craziest fanbases ever, so they'll drop a tweet saying "oh yeah ge te eh next not ready yet but soon™"

Well, you can look at it that way, but you can also see it differently, as we did get contact missions and dripfeed right before Cayo Perico, one of this game's biggest updates, we have also gotten the Contract exactly a year ago, arguably one of this game's best DLCs too.

 

But it does feel like things are slowing down, probably why they themselves weren't expecting to make a whole bunch from GTAO the last quarter.

 

You just wait until that community update hits us out with a teaser for a Michael DLC for GTAO and absolutely ruins our "analysis".

Here is something I didn't see anyone point out, this forum had already speculated that "Port Gellhorn" as seen in the leaks, is likely based on the actual city of Fort Myers. That's very odd for rabbits to appear in the city GTA 6 may have.
Now let's move on to the DLC references and my actual take:

We've actually confirmed PGH to be based on Panama City

Is it? One location doesn't really confirm it to me as they might have used other locations for Fort Myers since Panama City is too far north and won't be in the game, it's not unrealistic to say they mixed places they did that with their past games. Miami is on the opposite side, just like the leaked map coordinates people put together.

Basically the opposite of what you are saying so they removed most of Fort Myers and put Panama City instead on its place?, not much different from what I am saying, but I think they mixed places  just because geographically it's weird and Fort Myers has some interesting locations too.

you can search on google "gta 6 coordinates" (From Reddit: I lined up the GTA V coordinates with the GTA VI coordinates found in the leak) and see the port gellhorn clips is opposite of Vice City in game, just  like how Fort Myers is to Miami.

 

The problem is with what people have found is that the buildings/locations are from Panama City not Fort Myers which is a very long distance away. So what I say is they might have mixed locations as one. that person continues to say it is panama city and not many cities mixed just by a few leaked clips but we can't confirm just from those as the game isnt even announced nor we have seen more.

It could be Fort Myers tbh. Florida usually has matching locations and buildings

 

Although PG seemed to be a bit more hilly, so that's making me think that it's closer to the Georgian border.

Don't know how hilly / non-hilly Fort Myers is, but there are two possibilities.

 

Rockstar have either gone down the un-realistic landscape route and added a Huge ass mountain in Fort Myers, or PG is a completly different city a bit upper north.

 

You never know with R* tho

It's not. Locations and buildings were very unique to this location and even some them were renovated changing their whole structure or color scheme, the scouting for PGH was during 2016-2018.

The geographical composition is extremely different so far.

Port Gellhorn could be an amalgam of Fort Myers, Tampa, Panama City and Orlando for all we know. Not everything is going to be 1:1.
