I know this is supposed to be a stretch theory but the tyre screeching noises and the crash sound at the end are pretty spot-on  Could be they used samples of those things (in general, not from VI lol) to make this teaser's SFX even, tbh.

 

Though the heartbeats right before the "crash" are ominous lol.

It's just a joke about the extreme stretches people are making with every new thing that R* posts, they shared that pic on Twitter to promote the new GTAO update so I was just playing around. The logo on his shirt looks like a VI and a W but obviously that's a coincidence.

If I was R*, I'd post another GTAO newswire about 2x bonuses or some lame sh*t, only to follow it up directly with a "just kidding #vi #2023" when they finally announce it.

In what app are you still seeing this, because Twitter removed labels shortly after Elon took over. Curious if a non-updated app can still see them.

We tried that, it didn't work.

 

Word on the street is that the one time Rockstar actually loaded up this thread it was the time when we did the reverse psychology thing, so all they saw was "don't release GTAVI" comments and they took it personally.

Are you getting worried about the development of GTA 6 or are you just trusting the process? Me personally I'm extremely concerned that the ambitious nature of the game and how grandeur they want it to be is causing all sorts of problems with development.

Nah I honestly have faith, have they ever made an objectively bad game?

I think a few things have affected the length of development for this game i.e. a worldwide pandemic and a more positive culture shift for the development team which has resulted in a slowing down on development time of the game to focus on the mental health of employees.

 

These I reckon are a couple of major things that have resulted in the game taking time being developed. Mix those things in with how amazingly detailed they create there worlds and trying to top there previous developed games, yeah I understand why it's taking a while but I say trust the process and when it's ready to be shown/available to play we will be blown away with how incredible it is. Just gotta have some damn faith!

(yeah I know the situation with the online dlc cops n crooks but I don't think it was fully scrapped)

The only reason i thought about it was cuz i was watchin American football and it said some guy named Jason Saunders got injured and it got me thinkin
