It does sound a lot like a car starting up.

 

Seeing things from an objective perspective:

- Rockstar published a video of their logo withou any caption of any sort on their social media (a variation of the Los Santos Drug Deal Update or whatever the name is)

- The audio had to me manually inserted, since this clip doesn't appear on the trailer.

- There are 6 audible heartbeats in the clip.

- The reverse/slowed audio sounds a lot like a car starting up and crashing.

 

I mean, at this point, I would call it a tease by them, not necessarily for announcing the game soon, but just for teasing purposes.

well yeah for release it is about 2 years or something but announcement isn't that far off, that's why I am active again since 2014.

GTA V was also 5 years away in 2008 and people speculated wildly about it from 2008 to 2011 right here on these forums, just like people are doing now. This included weird mind games like Where is the Blue? and people seeing things where they didn't exist, what's up with you people just dropping by and telling others to 'give up speculating'.  It's part of the fun and has been a thing in this community since forever.

Like literally, these kinds of topics and delusional theories have been here since before a few current members were born at this point. No need to bother coming in here just to be the 'fun police'.

Yeah that's what made people find this super weird, it was a video posted after the DLC had already been released and teased - the visuals were obviously a reference to the acid trips in the DLC, but it was just a Rockstar logo ,without a GTA Online hashtag, or reference, or anything. Plus the 6 heartbeats that were noticed, then the rabbit GIF post with those very specific colours. Although it may have been nothing at all, I do think they know that they were doing, and that people would notice.

This is what kills me. There was zero DLC promotion in both the Twitter and IG uploads, yet the YT video had it. Why?

At the same time, this is kind of comforting and also frustrating. They know how much everyone wants to see the trailer for GTA VI, and they'll make sure to f*ck with us as much as they can before they finally reveal it.

I guess the Youtube video needed a title  The way they titled it made it so they now have two "Now Available" videos on YouTube, something that hasn't happened before, not even with the Tuners teaser video (which was one day before release anyway).

This is probably nothing but the logo post was made with Twitter media studio, not with third-party clients.

If you go to rockstar's Twitter account, you'll see that they make most of their tweets with sprinklr, including the DLC announcements.

Only posts like DLC trailers only it gets posted with the Twitter studio, assuming they probably do manually without any post prescheduling

The yesterday's posts was made with Twitter studio that means the post was not prescheduled

idk if any of this makes any sense but i just wanted to share this with you guys
