Nah it's just an effect they show in their official marketing for the LS Drug Wars, R* has great VFX etc. artists, and it doesn't even look like the Transmoderna stuff  The thing that got people speculating was more what was contained within the video, the following tweet and a couple more things. Just fun connecting things. You never know

Can a webdev here explain why one would upload two images (white rabbit) instead of just resizing it? Could it be for the Mobile version of the webpage?

They do it for all pictures, just so it both looks good on phone and desktop

@Spider-Vice and team are there any plans on updating (modernizing) this site? Like an insert image from files would be a really nice implementation. (also a spelling checker ) moved to here

might be because I saw your notes before actually listening to it, but it sounds very similar to the GTA/Rockstar intro. It doesn't mean THAT much without the heartbeat, but it's definitely put in on purpose and combined with the heartbeat it's definitely some sort of reference to VI
