Almost totally forgot that part of the storyline. Mikes therapy sessions. I understand trying humanize the characters but damn it’s a Gta. Not a retirement simulator.

Michael needed those therapist side missions/cutscenes it was part of his character's story.

I am sure Jason and Lucia are not married so we won't have any divorce drama missions don't worry about it.

The therapy sessions were fantastic. I hate that “this is GTA we don’t need that crap” attitude. Those sessions showed how much of a mess Michael’s life was. Stuff like that is what elevates GTA above other generic open worlds.

Is it possible they might not re-use the same character models in the way that they just change them a bit this time around? Instead be able to create new ones? Small detail though it is not bad they reuse character models, no one noticed, just a bit curious how this npc design technology has evolved since 2013.

 

Also this reddit post as an example about RDR2 but they do look far more different if they really re-used models.

I feel like all this recent focus on social media as a source of information, social media outrage and opinion-shoving, etc. has changed people so much to the point they don't even remember their own experiences anymore.

Unfortunately the saying of the Matrix ("follow the white rabbit") got appropriated by QAnon as well and similar groups. Lucia in a dark red dress and wavy hair and Jason with a 80s like leather jacket (not biker ones) without that hat, customization for characters will be the best ever it was already so good in gta online in my opinion.

People cleary don't remember the very first updates for GTA Online, Beach Bum and all the others, the updates simply popped out of nowhere with new weapons and vehicles lol.

They  probably wont have these stuff, Florida has a lot of things but some random like these I don't think will be part in the game.

Agreed. I never liked the "GTA isn't about that" or "who cares about seeing that in GTA" sentiment online. If someone simply views GTA as a fun, open-world game where you cause as much chaos as possible, that's fine. But don't discount the storytelling aspects that many others also appreciate because they elevate GTA, as you said, over the average crime open-world title. I personally thought the idea of therapy sessions (with an analysis report at the end of the story) was an ingenious way of combining story and gameplay and fleshing out Michael's character - I would've even liked more of them.

Nah. Future updates could be smaller in scale, but it'll absolutely keep getting sizable content updates at least until VI comes out. And it's very likely that they'll use GTAO to promote VI as well, exactly like the RDR2 weapon challenges.

RT reflections doesn't look bad at all.

If they at least add RTAO (it was found in game files), it'll look a lot more grounded than it does now. I don't expect RTGI in V; maybe in the PC version. VI will have all of these features for sure.
