Probably just named NPCs.

Npcs should be able to get bricked up depending on what their environment is, if an NPC is looking at a stripp.... Wtf I am thinking about lol.

("SGA-PBR" aka Rockstar's physically based rendering pipeline) tez2 said, probably it's what Rockstar names it with the "SGA" before it from what I understood lol
