Well, if anything will happen, it’s gonna happen in about 9 minutes. After that, I don’t know, but probably not.

 

Edit for above: I actually disagree with you, Spider. The Feb. 2022 community update came at 9 AM central, along with TCE and Mercanaries trailers. There’s still time for sure

I meant like an actual game announcement. Still room for any community updates or similar posts.

i feel like most "news/announcements/release" stuff in todays cultural world (music games movies) happen in the afternoon or evening in central europe

Even if the last tweet is "important" they haven't pinned anything because they haven't posted anything else. When the next less important post comes then they'll pin the one with GTA+.

I think they have nothing important to pin (only if they have something else than usual)
The next GTAO DLC is still a month far, assuming it releases in November because the last DLC was released in June instead of July. What is closest to be pinned, is related to GTA VI or the halloween event, until October it's still one week left. I expect something that should be pinned mid October

Date-wise, in terms of time of day it's usually the same ones unless they suddenly decide to release an announcement at midnight EST (5 AM UK)

A GTAO update dropping in June is not out of the ordinary. In fact, it used to be the norm years ago. It doesn't mean the second update this year will drop earlier than December.
