Franklin's Death in gta 5

So i'm pretty sure most of us know franklin was going to die originally and Lamar was going to replace him but i wonder how was franklin going to die was he going to get killed by an antagonist or was he going to die in an accident

Best ending and at once - the ending that originally was supossed to end franklin - is called Death Wish or something like that, if they didn't change the option name then most likely franklin was going to do something risky, most likely kill someone - who knows maybe kill Michael and Trevor. Or maybe solo heist? IDK.

If his death is a myth, then I do wonder how we would've gotten to play as Lamar eventually. Maybe he was gonna replace Trevor or Michael after they died, so we'd still have 3 playable protagonists? I mean, there must be a reason he has all those voice lines indicating that he was gonna be playable.

They said the same thing about the voice lines the day that rumor came out and I think (albeit I could be wrong) there was no real way to tell because the tools to extract files from the game weren’t available at the time.

I see... Because I've seen a video where someone used a mod menu to turn into Lamar, and when they'd use the conversation key (I think you have to hold E on PC), Lamar would do the greet-greet-insult thing like Franklin does. I mean, the GTA V story had a lot of changes probably, so it's possible we were going to have Lamar as a playable character at one point before it got cut for whatever reason.

A lot of characters available for director mode have that. Even Wade’s cousin Floyd

Michael would probably apologized and told Trevor it was them against the world, and said one last score but lets cut out Franklin so they kill him in option C lol 

 

i know its not real but that’s probably what would've happened knowing Michael
