I've encountered a really weird bug when I playing TLAD

I have encountered a really weird glitch where buildings will spawn at wrong location or on roads.

Note that I do have mods in this game but most of them are just game fixes. So what had caused this?

Assuming you've installed those mods and loaded an existing save afterwards, then it's a likely chance your savefile has been corrupted due to those mods.

 

Starting a new save shouldn't make those building and props spawn at random areas in the map.
