Random Car Wash appearing throughout the city

i dont know what i did exactly to trigger this weird glitch but after loading my savegame today i saw stuff like this while driving around the city

no clue if it has to do with the mods ive installed, dont think so as ive only installed 5 mods, Zolika Trainer, Customizable Niko, 2 add on cars and the Death Music script mod

 

car washes only seem to appear around these green benches for some reason

is there any way to fix this? already tried restarting the game, reloading my save and restarting my pc

Looks like your save file has been corrupted, try and start a new save to see if it eliminates the misplaced props.
