Ufo Halloween Bug

I've wasted so much time. Time and time again. Different days. And i keep taking pictures of ufo's and there is still no option to send it to Omega. Or whoever. I dont have there contact info on the phone. Isnt that a story mode character.  I have them unlocked in storymode but idk where to get him online. I cant do the ufo series.

Right after you take the picture, on the bottom right of the screen it'll say what to press to send it to Omega(in my case, it would say "Press X to send to Omega" on Xbox).

I would like to say that for the record. I am 22yr old. I play on desktop. With a juicy computer. Ive been playing on launch.

 

For anyone wondering. It seems to be quite a common issue. Others have said they have had this issue. Just try again in the same session. And be a bit closser. And pray. It works.

Three days running now I've not been able to send my pics with the only options to take or save to gallery, can't be bothered with the ufo's anymore.
