Contacts/Lester/Phone bugged?

This has been going on for about a week now and haven't been able to fix it myself and wondering if others are experiencing this as well. I'm on Xbox Series X.

 

When I go to contacts on my phone, half of them are just whited out completely. I can still call them but don't know who I'm calling until they answer.

 

Anytime I get a text from an npc in my contact list, for example, it says it's from "NULL". I first noticed it from Lester texts since he's always texting me. Others who appear as blank spots in my contacts lists also appear as "NULL" when I receive texts from them.

 

 

I did purchase the story mode last week while it was on sale(since I only had the stand alone GTA Online), but I don't see how this would affect my online character so I don't think that's the cause. Tried clearing cache and all that but nothing is fixing it.
