The mission Roman Sorrow does not appear

Good morning members of this beautiful forum. 

 

I wanted to ask if you can help me with this little problem, I just downloaded GTA IV and the episodes of Liberty City via torrent and it weighed 19gb and I installed it and it works great on my recent new computer putting the respective commandline so that it doesn't run into optimization and performance problems.

 

So far so good, but at the end of the mission where Dimitri betrays me "Russian Revolution" finished the mission, the next I receive the call from Roman to start Roman Sorrow, the thing is that the yellow dot does not appear nor the taxi of Roman to start with that mission and I don't know why Roman calls me twice saying the same dialogue.

 

I don't have any mods installed, I just have my user track songs here are the specs of my new computer:

-Intel I5 4590

-8GB RAM

-AMD Graphics Card of 2GB -1600x1200 Resolution with textures high and low shadows settings.
