Rockstar Launcher nad gta only works when using vpn

So when i tried to play Gta today rockstar launcher couldn't connect to the internet, i watched an indian youtube tutorial that said to use a vpn, and it worked, but now i can only play the game when using a vpn, and it still thinks theres no internet without it how do i fix? https://xender.vip/ https://omegle.onl/

ive had problem where laucher would not connect to my home internet, so i had to use hotspot from my phone and it worked

Hey if you're still having this problem make sure to check your Windows Defender Firewall settings. Open up the start menu, type 'firewall' and open up the program. Check your inbound rules to ensure Grand Theft Auto V is set to public or isn't blocked somehow.
