Which GTA game has the worst/most annoying NPC drivers?

Which GTA game has the worst NPC drivers in your opinion?

GTA Online does not count because everyone and their mothers already know at this point that the NPC drivers in GTA Online are intentionally programmed to drive into you; go look at whatever57010's videos on the subject.

 

For me personally, it's a tie between GTA IV and GTA V.

 

GTA IV NPC drivers suck because most of the time they are cutting me off randomly by changing lanes or fishtailling when I am driving right behind them, and when I am on foot, they keep running over me and I even got killed because one of these f*ckers swerved off the road onto the sidewalk and crushed me to death against a street light. They sometimes even find a way to crash into my car when I am parked....

 

As for GTA V NPC drivers, they keep randomly appearing out of corners when I am driving at high speeds which ends up in me crashing into them, and when it's not that, they cut me off at the last second. They also become complete maniacs when someone fires a gunshot or when something explodes with every NPC drivers starting to drive frantically all over the place, crashing into each other and running over pedestrians and causing huge car pile ups that blow up and kill more and more people...

For me it's GTAIV, their AI seems rushed or unfinished, they're just dumb as f*ck, switching lanes randomly out of the sudden for no reason, run you over, they don't brake early at a red light or anywhere and just ram into you or other NPC's, cabbies are idiots you whistle and they take some time to realize that they need to stop for you and end up ramming into someone or a street light, traffic get's stuck at intersections (because two traffic lights go green for the same direction and the AI is too dumb to do anything about it), unsued lanes where some two lane roads have one working lane.

SA for sure. You can't have the game on and expect the drivers to act normally. One idiot will crash into another, fist fight breaks out, cops or gang join the sh*t, other drivers go nuts and everything starts exploding.
