Help Me With Tha GAME.DTZ File

Ok so i Extracted the Tha GAME.DTZ File from gta vcs With G3DTZ Program the only thing i changed was ped.ifp file the animation i changed was running with 1armed with the smaller weapons like pistol,MAC10,TEC9 (id rather have victor running normal than raising the weapon in his hands just like the npc's) but tha thing is i want to pack tha files but sadly the program doesn't have tha rebuilding\pack files option it only extracts is there a program that packs to a .DTZ File Or a Way in Tha command Prompt?
