Mod request

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to submit this topic but anyway.

 

Recently I decided to give SA:DE another chance, despite being literally horrible, once a year I play through GTA San Andreas, achieving 100% progress. This time I would like to experience the Defective Edition but it's been around 4 hours of searching fixes and mods to improve the gameplay and bring back the removed elements from the classic game. The main reason why I'm submitting this topic is that I couldn't find a mod that removes the auto centered camera, on-foot and also when entering/driving vehicles. It would be amazing if any of you guys could share a link to download that specific mod, if someone really took their time and created a mod like this. Thanks.
