Gang 10

I've noticed that of all the gangs, only Gang 10 does not have the regular gang pose while firing weapons. I've tried all I know but members of Gang 10 shoot like civilians. Is this a hardwired feature or is there some way I can change the pose of the gang (cleo script or something else) when they fire guns?
