Attempting to make one bust on every San Andreas mission

The rules of this are simple. We're going to find out if the police could make a case, make an arrest and imprison someone in every mission in the game. Tenpenny, Pulaski and Hernandez don't have any power to prevent the arrest unless they're somehow involved in the mission, same with other government characters. If that sounds complicated, here are some examples:

1. Sweet & Kendl

Balla: Seen in broad daylight by several eyewitnesses and security cameras committing the following crimes: Four counts of attempted murder, terrorism and reckless driving.

Following Beverly Johnson's funeral, four members who were identified as Sean "Sweet" Johnson, Carl Johnson, Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris and one other unidentified person most likely associated with the GCF, were attacked by a rival gang, the Ballas. The license plate was traced to a member of the Ballas, who was found and arrested. There was apparently another man in the car with him according to eyewitnesses, but if there was, we were unable to clarify who this man was.

The attacker is sentenced to life in prison.

2. Ryder

Lance "Ryder" Wilson (if you spare the cashier): According to the cashier working at Well Stacked Pizza Co, a member of the Grove Street families and his friend attempted to rob the establishment with Wilson himself holding a gun to the cashiers head, but ran away once he pulled out a shotgun and fired a warning shot. They then drove away. Lance was easily found. He was convicted of attempted robbery and sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Lance "Ryder" Wilson (If you kill the cashier): According to the unfortunate customers of Well Stacked Pizza Co, the cashier working the place was violently killed following a failed robbery attempt. The cashier identified the perpetrator as "Ryder" and several people eating outside the restaurant took down his license plate as he drove away with his accomplice, later identified as Carl "CJ" Johnson and Lance "Ryder" Wilson. The two were found quickly. Wilson admitted to the robbery but told police CJ was the one who killed the pizza guy, not him. Carl fessed up to this. Ryder was convicted of attempted robbery and of being an accessory to murder for aiding CJ in the murder by letting him use his car. This was not self defense in the two gang members' cases. Lance Wilson was sentenced to twenty-eight years in prison.

Carl "CJ" Johnson (If you spare the cashier): As stated previously, Carl Johnson was described by the Well Stacked Pizza Co cashier (Lance said his nickname, "CJ" once as well) and was found and arrested alongside Lance Wilson shortly after the attempted robbery. He was charged with accessory to attempted robbery and sentenced to 2 years in prison.

Carl "CJ" Johnson (If you kill the cashier): Alongside Lance Wilson's attempted robbery was Carl Johnson. Ryder had foolishly said his accomplices name inside the restaurant, which led to the police finding him and making an arrest. Carl had murdered the cashier with Ryder's vehicle in a hit and run. He was convicted of murder and accessory to attempted robbery. He was sentenced to life in prison.

If anyone wants to join in and fill in the next few missions, feel free to do so! I'll be back to do the next ones when I have time.

3. Tagging Up Turf

If you don't kill the Ballas: Carl "CJ" Johnson was spotted vandalizing a building by spraying a "Grove St 4 Life"  graffiti on it. Officers saw him fleeing in a car with his brother, Sean "Sweet" Johnson. They were able to trace the car back to Grove Street using its not so conspicuous licence plate "GROVE4L". Carl Johnson was sentenced to 5 months in jail plus community service for causing damage to property and Sean was sentenced to 3 months in jail for aiding and abetting.

If you kill the Ballas: After brutally beating up the members of a rival gang and vandalizing public property by spraying graffiti, Carl "CJ" Johnson managed to escape the crime scene with his brother, Sean "Sweet" Johnson. The car was shortly traced back to Grove Street and the two miscreants, Carl and Sean, were sentenced to 10 years in jail for murder and vandalism, and 4 years in jail for aiding and abetting respectively.
