Is there really no easy way to export to .WDR or .ODR in Blender?

I'm attempting to export a GTA IV prop in Blender and there seems to be no way of exporting it to a usable format. The only methods I've seen are ZModeler and 3DS Max but those are paid programs. Any help is appreciated.
