How to select scenario variation

I recently used scenarios because they are more stable, seemingless managing animations and are placing objects like phone or clipboard in the correct position.

My problem is now i found out that there are specific variations for peds and i cannot find any native to control that.

Why is this such a problem?

Because i want to make them drink coffee and not alcohol. as soon someone uses mp peds as cops, they will drink alcohol. kinda ruins the immersion.
