Is the latest nightly version of Menyoo from the Github working with update 1.61/2699 or do you have to downgrade for it to work

The latest nightly version of Menyoo I downloaded from the Github won't open in my game no matter what, even though I know for sure I have everything set up properly in the main folder. Is it too outdated to work on 1.61 or something?
