Aight, what gangs are you expecting to see in Miami?   I'm expecting to see mostly HD incarnations of gangs in GTA Vice City, but I'm not expecting to see them having the same names and backgrounds.   There were Cubans, Haitians, Colombian Cartel which happened to be the biggest in the game. Although, in VCS there were also trailer park rednecks and cholos. Additionally, the East Coast has more bloods than crips. So, the Vagos, Families, and Ballas are a little likely to make
