Anyone ever do a frontal attack on cayo perico?

 If you hate stealth, like me, and you've failed the Cayo Perico heist repeatedly, but you also hate to lose missions, I'm just wondering if anyone has ever simply attacked the island, and killed everyone? (I did watch one YouTube vid where this solo player, a super-skilled, sharpshooter, simply took out every guard he ran into, and he NEVER DIED; just laughing through the whole thing..and yeah, he did steal the Primary Target with ease. Can't I just attack the main dock with a gunboat or something, and use the Support Crew, (which was all grayed out and unavailable once I was on the island, and I paid for them all: air-strike, sniper, and helicopter support.)

PS: I'm a level 584 with GTA online, and I own all the best vehicles and property, and at last check, my bank has almost 300 mil, and I 100% grinded every dollar of it. Still, I've never mastered stealth, which wasn't needed in any of the Cayo setups, of which I've done all of them. It would be a real shame to just give up after spending countless dollars and time, trying to get to the finale: and now I can't finish because no matter how many YouTube videos I watch, of skilled players creeping easily through that island, that has NOT been my experience. I get noticed and then snuffed, almost instantly by the guards every time. Trying to navigate the courtyards and stairways is pretty confusing for me. Hey I'm an old dude, and my vision for detail and hidden objects or people is not that sharp.

I think you should read a bit about Cayo Perico Heist. Intel gather mission, equipment and points of interest, how guard clothing works, specifics for different approaches.

You need to disable the air defense for these to work.

 

There are also optional preparation missions to weaken the guards and the back up helicopters on the island.

 

There are some neat things like bolt cutters being more silent than the cutting torch, although the bolt cutters won't work somewhere underwater (in case you go that route).

 

You can combine equipment found (grappling hook + guard clothing is a great combo!). Still, guard clothing has some limitations.

 

Different approaches have different considerations for locations, equipment, guards.

 

Doing some things related to heist give some first time monetary bonus 100k - 250k (first elite challenge, first heist without being detected, first time getting into the compound using guard clothing and truck, using all 6 approaches, taking pics of all secondary loot around the island), but this is for later.

 

 Lots of people made their first time Cayos complete disasters, I did a lot of quick restarts on my first 2 runs, and spent more than 2 hours only for the finale alone.
