"Smoking And The Other Hobbies" get glitch in the log after you collect all the cards

Not gonna lie dude, but when i collect all the cards and he send me vintage civil war with some money the log actually complete, however if you take the cards again, the log message will trigger you and saying need to send into mail, but if you restart the game the log message actually empty so the glitch happen was if you collect some cards and the log message will get trigger over and over until you restart the game or load the game it will get empty.
